The speed ball is a great tool for workouts in your shoulders, triceps, and back. At least thats where I can feel the burn after spending 20-25 minutes a day on this thing. I don't even do it for the workout sometimes, sometimes I just do it for the rhythm and I end up getting lost in trying to find different combinations. This item can be mounted on a wall as well as be put up on a stand to make it more convenient for your living situation.
